Its former is Qinghai Construction Machinery Plant which is a large-scale state-owned enterprise and is engaged with manufacturing of large-power bulldozer. QINGHAI NEW WAY ENVIRONMENTAL SANITARY EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURING COMPANY (hereinafter called as QINGHAI NEWWAY) established in 1999, is the joint venture invested by Scranton Manufacturing Corporation of USA (hereinafter called as SCRANTON COMPANY) and QINHAI JIESHEN. SCRANTON COMPANY is located in IOWA State of American and is a manufacturer of finest garbage trucks in the world.

QINHAI JIESHEN and QINGHAI NEWWAY are now the largest manufacturer of urban environmental sanitary equipment in China. ● SCRANTON COMPANY provides new model of compressing refuse truck and new technology to ensure the same progress of technology with that of U.S.A.

●Technology license of refuse compressing collection stations including stationary station, mobile station and mini-compressing station from MEULENBROEK BV of the Netherlands and technology cooperation with HIAB Company of Finland for 3-20Ton hook-lift vehicles.

●Developing and providing optimum resolution on our own to fit in with the individual refuse collecting requirement.
